BAM Outsource Reviews the New Year Film Releases
The Christmas and New Year period is always hot with new film releases. It’s also a time of year when an evening in the warmth of a cinema is very appealing.

BriefingWire.com, 1/03/2012 - To help you make the most of your time BAM Outsource has reviewed some of this months latest releases.

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol is the fourth installment in the franchise and thankfully doesn’t suffer from sequel syndrome. The plot is simple but effective; The Kremlin is attacked in a terrorist bombing and with IMF blamed the US Government disbands the organization and launches the Ghost Protocol. Ethan Hunt et al have to operate off grid to clear the organizations name.

BAM Outsource was particularly impressed by Simon Pegg’s performance as the slightly hopeless computer expert, Benji. The action scenes are more sensible than the previous film thanks to Brad Bird’s directorship. Believable but still thrilling, perfect for action junkies those in search of an entertaining watch.

Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows is BAM Outsource’s firm favourite. Once again Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law make the perfect partnership as Holmes and Watson. The villainous Professor Moriarty is at his best in the film and Downey Jr is perhaps even funnier than in the last film. One of the team at BAM Outsource remarked “I was impressed to find out that much of the script was rewritten and improvised as it had started to suffer from the fate of many sequels and was becoming too complicated. Whatever they changed did the trick, we’re keeping our fingers crossed that there is another film!”

Finally New Year’s Eve. Despite the star-studded cast (Robert De Niro, Sara Jessica Parker, Zac Efron, Aston Kutcher, Jon Bon Jovi, Hilary Swank…) even the Oscar winners couldn’t rescue this film. In the same format at Valentine’s Day, the plot is predictable and the jokes tired. Though it pretends to be nothing but a chick flick it doesn’t even really succeed at that. For BAM Outsource our advice is to avoid it like the plague, unless you have a 11 year old girl in the house who wants to see Zac Efron, if so take a pillow and have a nap.

Just pick up the popcorn and you’re all se to go for a perfect night of entertainment. Enjoy from everyone at BAM Outsource.
