Gillam, Amazon best-selling author, entrepreneur, local TV host, retired Air Force Colonel, and former member of the Senior Executive Service Corps with the Department of Defense was recently named the 2015 Quantum Leap Grand Prize Winner. The annual contest is sponsored by Bill and Steve Harrison of the Bradley Communications Corporation of Broomall, Pennsylvania. Dr. Gillam was chosen from a select group of talented business owners and thought-leaders. All entries were evaluated by an independent committee, and the winners were selected by a panel of distinguished judges using specific established criteria. When asked to tell her story at the Quantum Leap Universal Meeting, Gillam stated, “First I want to give honor to God for blessing me to win this major award.
