Out of 68 entrants nationwide, six women made it to the finals!Each entrepreneur was required to submit a 90-second pitch of their idea, product, service, or business for a prize purse of $35,000.00.
Having gained first-mover’s advantage in the leadership development industry with her invention, The Leadership Build Zone, Dr. Gillam pitched her new board game. A first of its kind, this innovative board game provides busy human resource managers with a fun, engaging, and thought-provoking tool to train and educate America’s future leaders.
