“Health and fitness should be one of the major priorities in life,” believes the actor who was speaking at the inauguration of the Gym’s S B Road branch. A well-equipped gym, he states helps in achieving this.

“Nowadays everyone has become health and stamina conscious as well as inspires to stay fit. I am glad that Gold’s Gym will encourage many to seek solace with workout for a healthier life ahead,” said Mr. Nana Patekar.

The gym, has state of the art facilities making it one of the most preferred gym in the city. “In fact, we are committed to take care of our customer’s health. Therefore we have for the first time in the country introduced a special Paviflex which is a low impact flooring, to avoid knee degeneration in the long run. This has been done mainly because the hard gym flooring can damage your knees with prolonged exposure,” informed Anil Nasalapure, Director Gold’s Gym.

Moreover, for the first time in the country the Gym also has introduced Queenax – a specialised functional training equipment which has 300 attachments and helps in 1000 workouts which targets the whole body. “We are also the first gym in the country to have bought the newly launched Reebok dumbbells and plates,” he further informed. This, dumbbells are single moulded and rubberised –including the grip.

The state of the art facility has 1000 variations of exercise for all age group, with the trainers trained directly by PRECOR USA for complete body exercise. This would include weight gain and loss, sport specific training, core tanning and strength training with customized strength equipment’s.
