Requirement - Prepping house for open day. Consultation for staging house I have lived in for 19 years and struggled to view with a detached - fresh set of eyes. Juby was given a limited budget to achieve maximum price and quick sale. Recommendations of decluttering(l thought l had already completed!), moving furniture, repainting entrance,removing dado's and painting pine woodwork. Decorated bathrooms and accessorised to give colour/definition. Lounge was completely opened up by repositioning furniture - giving focus to log fire and television. Result - Wish l had done it years ago, as it updated and opened up space in the house. House sold on first viewing!! Thank you, Kirstie, for Juby design, you took the pressure away from preparing for the open day.
