Rachel first fell in love with weddings while working at a country club located in her hometown. She quickly fell in love with the entire atmosphere of weddings, redirecting her path from a fine arts major to the study of hospitality. As she began to flourish at Buffalo State College, she received an honorable internship at one of Buffalo's most prestigious hotel establishments, The Mansion on Delaware. Within a few short weeks, she was hired full time and began to develop her extensive knowledge through their impeccable high end service. Employing her own creativity and knowledge, she was amazed to see how far her attention to detail and personalized customer interactions could truly take her.
