The owner of Pacific Cash For Cars had this to say when we spoke to him on site at their new yard: “People start spending more time outside as the weather improves and gets warmer. What we find is that they’ve had the car or truck sitting there over winter and when it comes time to spend more time outdoors, they just want it gone.

On a particularly warm Saturday in spring, the Pacific team were inundated with calls for car removals and we went along to a pick up with one of their drivers. When we got there, the seller of the car had this to say: “We’ve had this Toyota in the driveway for about a year and I’ve been meaning to either fix it or sell it. I suppose I’ve been a bit sentimental and should’ve really got rid of it a lot sooner. I came out to mow the grass between the concrete strips and realised that it needed to go. So, I called a few car wreckers and these guys offered the best price for it.”
