The supernatural power of life and death is in your words; what you say consistently always take shape in your life at some interval thus, the reason why you should never unconsciously practice declaring negative, self-limiting things about yourself. You should always speak well of your life to be covered with a mental shield of positive thinking and then follow up with doing the right things one-day-at-a-time. Nothing beats putting in the hard work to get past hurdles because the reward of overcoming is so refreshing. Perhaps that which your soul is longing for is one more push to get past what you are dealing with . . . to rise to the top and create a new way of living.

Speak your truth to every situation, keep telling yourself you can do it and then actually do it! You already have everything that it takes to make the transformation happen. Keep it moving. You are worth it. POWER UP!
