Requirement - Prepping house for open day. Consultation for staging house l have lived in for 19 years and struggled to view with a detached - fresh set of eyes. Juby was given a limited budget to achieve maximum price and quick sale. Recommendations of decluttering(l thought l had already completed!), moving furniture, repainting entrance,removing dado's and painting pine woodwork. Decorated bathrooms and accessorised to give colour/definition. Lounge was completely opened up by repositioning furniture - giving focus to log fire and television. Result - Wish l had done it years ago, as it updated and opened up space in the house. House sold on first viewing!! Thank you Kirstie from Juby design , you took the pressure from preparing for open day. Will appoint Juby again as we are moving to the Cotswolds - looking forward to your consultation and designs for our new home. A Prince - Bristol.
