A typical assignment involves using the WordPress theme to create the design for the homepages and inside pages. The theme templates works across all the pages of the website. PSD files for the designs are always provided by our client and we slice the designs into HTMLs and use them across the website. Content is also provided by the client and integrated into the design. Once the mockups are ready we send them to the client for approval and once approval is received we finalize the website and deploy it on the server of the client. There is a UAT period during which if any issues are found, they are quickly corrected and the site made live.”

As per sources at TechIndia Software, the client has a good reputation in the market and has been in business for more than two decades. However, they do not have qualified and experienced WordPress developers and so wanted to outsource their work. Most of their work involves web designing, website development, and mobile applications development for small to mid-sized businesses in the US. Deliverables are provided at regular intervals to the client or the code can be integrated to the SVN at the end of each day.”

The CEO was very happy at the outcome of the negotiations with the client and the signing of the contract. Although the project is for 12 months, the CEO felt that most likely the deal will be extended further in next year.
