Toronto, Canada: Foodie Bike Tour is taking place from May 19 to September 29, 2018, in Edmonton. It will provide a chance for contestants to indulge in local beverages and fine foods all while touring on a bike around the city. “It is a superb way to explore a city rich with local restaurants, festivals, markets, chocolatiers, breweries and historical buildings under the warm sun. It offers a chance to learn about the history and stories related to the local cuisines while working up an appetite. Being a catering business owner in Toronto means this tour benefits me as well. It is a great way to attract potential customers to our business and introduce them to our delicious food”, says Mahmoud Fouda, owner of Bella Vita Catering and Private Chef Service.
The guided bike tour will allow sampling from 4 to 6 different locations with an average biking time of around 35 minutes between locations. The complete tour each day will be anywhere between four to six hours. A map will be handed out to all participants that they can get stamped from the places they visit. Collecting 30 stamps will entitle the collector to a $100 gift certificate from one of the locations that are visited on the tour.
