TalentHO is a resume managing utility, creating a bilateral platform for hiring companies & recruitment partners to manage the recruitment more efficiently.
The TalentHO is designed for companies who need to streamline their recruitment process.
For ease of use, following features are incorporated at this point:
Dashboard: On this page recruiter can see the current state of all your positions. You will be able to see the number of candidates at various stages for each of the positions.
Detailed view for each job: From the Dashboard, you can click on the link for the job to get a detailed view for each the job. Here you will be able to see a list of the candidates at each the stage. The most useful information here are under following tabs:
Shortlisted: These are candidates those have been shortlisted by us for this specific job. For each of these candidates, you can download resume as well as get pre-screen information. You can even select specific candidate for an interview or reject it from here.
Interview in Progress: Once a candidate has been selected for the interview, it moves to this stage. From here, you can click on “Notify AmberSoft” to directly send a message to us about this particular candidate without going back to your email.
Interview Calendar: You can see the interview schedule for all the candidates for this job.
Job Description: On the detailed view of the job, you will find a link for job description. This is the JD that we have published on our portal for this job. We define a specific set of skills on this JD and collect data about them as part of the pre-screening process. This interesting tool makes recruitment activity more convenient.
