The company offers unique experiences under the watchful guidance of Captain Mike. In the Dallas area, Big D Cats offers a 70ft catamaran along with catering services for corporate events, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners and bridal showers.

Chamonix II was built and designed in the Virgin Islands and is the largest sailing catamaran in Texas. The party boat is equipped with a bar area with a seating facility for 13 people and a buffet area with seating capacity for up to 105 guests. The luxury liner also has a dance floor with more than ample room for guests. For fun swimming parties, the luxury liner has water slides, toys and floats for guests.

In addition to this, Chamonix II has an Island Oasis frozen drink machine which offers an array of smoothies and tropical beverages for children’s parties. The ingredients used in this machine are natural and of Kosher designation.

Big D Cats recorded an increase in sales by 20%, mostly contributed by repeat clientele. According to Captain Mike, “Diligent marketing efforts, the improving economy and increased consumer confidence have contributed to this increase.” The Captain also believes that consumers are “beginning to make forward financial commitments for entertainment purposes”, and credits this to their increasing popularity.
