CONTEST RULES

CONTEST PERIOD: The BIGGER THAN ALL video contest (the “Contest”) will begin at 1:00 p.m. PST Time on July 15, 2014 and ends 5:00 p.m. PST on September 15, 2014 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest Application and Contest websites hosting provider’s computer shall be deemed to be the official timekeeping device for this Contest.

TO ENTER THE CONTEST: During the Contest Period, you (“Entrant”) will enter by submitting Contestant Form and video. Limit of one video per contestant. Videos must be no larger than 100MB and in one of the following formats: .mpeg, .mpg4, .avi, .mov, .flv or .wmv.

ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, you must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Employees of Birmingham Entertainment, LLC (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. .

WINNER SELECTION: Employees of Birmingham Entertainment, LLC will judge the contest. Submissions will be judged on their creativity and performance. All decisions of the judges are final.

PRIZES: 1st place $500.00, 2nd place $300.00, 3rd place $100.00.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified within 14 days after the determination date. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
