AITP provides Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, which an entry level qualification for the newbies. It is a well designed set of foundation units that are immensely essential elements for a trainer/assessor and a firm foundation. All these elements are the basic aspects that are necessary to build further knowledge and skills.This course primarily projects the role of individuals who delivers training as well as assessment services in the sector of vocational education and training (VET). The Cert IV training and assessment is packed of 10 units which consists of 7 core units and 3 elective units.
The workshops are divided in two clusters, which is completed within the time duration of 6 days. This scheme is very effective for learners to integrate and apply the knowledge and skills they acquire throughout the learning period.
However, as these modules are not inter-related, so individual can undertaken these modules in any sequence they want.
It is mandatory for all learners will to attend all the sessions regularly without fail. Moreover, they need complete all tasks and activities assigned to them during the courses. Also, there are some activities to be completed outside of the course. These activities allows the learners to apply their skills, knowledge and course content in their own working environment. In addition to this, there are some the face to face training sessions and workshops where trainees have to complete practical exercises and questions post-course application of knowledge and skills.
Full Course Fee is $2,450 including course materials, assessments, trainer support and lunch for class workshops.
