Dr. Kawita Surendra Bapat, MBBS, MS, Laproscopic Surgeon, Gynaecologist (Gold Medalist),Obst. & Infertility Specialist is chairing the International Medical, Nursing, Pharma Conference - Medical Practices Update on 5,6 & 7, October 2012.
Cervical Cancer Symposium is an added attraction this year and this is a comprehensive educational program, an initiative of aipce across the globe(PARTNER OF FAMILY FITNESS RETREAT GLOBAL HEALTH 2020) in association with ONE -(Centre for gynecological excellence).
The guidelines generally advise a reduction in the number of tests women get over their lifetime to better ensure that they receive the benefits of testing while minimizing the harms, and include a preference for co-testing using the Pap test and HPV test for women age ages 30 to 65.
The study was published online July 19, 2012 in the American Journal of Public Health.
"Advanced-stage disease leads not only to poorer quality of life and greater morbidity, but often to higher treatment costs as well. Screening should be made accessible and affordable for all women for whom it is recommended, especially for those at higher risk of advanced-stage disease, such as middle-aged women, Medicaid recipients and uninsured women," they
concluded in a journal news release.
This special Cervical Cancer Symposium will provide physicians and healthcare professionals with a responsible assessment of current screening, prevention, and treatment approaches to cervical cancer.
