Manahawkin, NJ - The New Jersey Second Amendment Society announced that Dan Schmutter, the attorney spearheading 'Operation Establish Compliance', will be speaking to the membership and guests of the NJ2AS on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Gun for Hire Firearms Training Center, located at 75 Rutgers Street, Belleville, New Jersey.

“Attorney Dan Schmutter is a rising star in the gun rights legal arena,” says Frank Jack Fiamingo, President of NJ2AS, “and he represents the interests of NJ2AS in Operation Establish Compliance, which seeks to compel New Jersey municipalities to comply with mandatory State firearms licensing procedures.”
