Angela T. Jones, author and CEO of Super Woman Productions and Publishing in Detroit has dedicated her book Breaking Through the Black Ceiling, to England, who was also her stylist, friend and mentor. Mark England, acclaimed fashion designer, stylist and businessman, was diagnosed with lymphoma and died January 19, 2014. To continue England's charitable legacy in Detroit and fight against cancer, Jones has entered into a Community Partnership with Karmanos Cancer Institute. Under the community partnership, a portion of each book sold will be donated to Karmanos Cancer Institute for cancer research and patient programs. Jones is the second author to have a Community Partnership with Karmanos Cancer Institute. To launch the Community Partnership, a book signing event will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2014, 2 pm eastern, at Gayle's Chocolates located at 417 S. Washington Avenue, in Royal Oak, Michigan. A VIP Meet and Greet will be held for attendees immediately following the book signing with representatives from Karmanos Cancer Institute, a cancer survivor, members of the press, special invited guests and friends of the late Mark England.

Each ticket includes a paperback copy of the book which will be autographed by Jones during the signing event and includes a donation to Karmanos Cancer Institute.
