Dr. Dov Rand has dedicated his career to helping patients. When he first began his career as a physician, Dr. Dov Rand was working as a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist. He graduated from Howard University where he studied sports medicine. In 1995, Dr. Dov Rand graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University where he began to transform his career from sports medicine to age management. In 2009, Dr. Dov Rand furthered his medical education in Cenegenics in Las Vegas. His training complete, Dr. Dov Rand stood to become one of the leaders in anti-aging medicine and uses the latest peer-reviewed research to develop programs to help aging patients prevent degenerative disease. “Quality care and quality life matter to me and the staff here at Healthy Aging Medical Centers. We work to educate patients so they can work to create a healthier future for themselves,” says Dr. Dov Rand.
While he has worked in age management for less than a decade, patients have rewarded Dr. Dov Rand for his excellent care and service. “I received the Patients’ Choice Award for the first time in 2009. It was a wonderful moment and encouraged me to work even harder to provide the best services possible,” says Dr. Dov Rand. While his first reward came in 2009, it was not the last time Dr. Dov Rand’s work as a physician would be rewarded.
“I was rewarded the Patients’ Choice Award three more times, my last award in 2012,” explains Dr. Dov Rand. In total, Dr. Dov Rand was rewarded the Patients’ Choice Award four times. He hopes it will not be the last. “The reward means a lot to me and to our facility. It means that as a physician, my patients believe I’m providing them the best service. As a physician, this means they have confidence in me and that is important in a clinical setting,” says Dr. Dov Rand.
In 2012, Dr. Dov Rand also received another award. He was rewarded with the Compassionate Doctor Recognition award for Special Expertise. Dr. Dov Rand is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and hopes his efforts to deliver excellent patient service will continue to be recognized.
