Ellee Spawn, candidate for the Sioux Falls 12th District South Dakota House of Representatives, has hired Mr. John Gossom as her campaign manager, and Sioux Falls based Nebula Group USA, LLC as her strategy and advisory team. Spawn says her campaign has to reach everyone in her district so they will hear her message. “I have great volunteers and the support of my family and friends and I don’t want to let them or my district down. I’m a first-time candidate and want to be sure my message gets out to the voters so I can carry their message to Pierre.”John Gossom has been working on local and state-wide political campaigns based in Sioux Falls, and is best known for his work as a columnist for KSOO. He is also an instructor at Minnesota West Community and Technical College. He holds two masters degrees: A Masters of Science in Environmental Education and a Masters of Arts in Comparative Studies from Ohio State. He and his wife also taught at the university level in the Czech Republic.
Nebula Group USA, LLC is a worldwide consultancy company headquartered in Sioux Falls. It is owned and operated by Bajun Mavalwalla, a retired military intelligence officer who worked as the military representative to the Political Section of the US Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq and served with the Special Forces in Afghanistan. He has managed congressional campaigns in South Dakota and California and developed strategies for candidates in three states.
