project for seniors in Lake Havasu City, Arizona which is a resort destination very popular among the elderly and baby boomers. The said project is designed to be four stories tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in the area, and incorporates balconies for most rooms.

Summerlin Asset Management partnered with Desert Land Group to form an expert and experienced development team for the Lake Havasu Independent Living project. Jim Stepanian is joined by his colleagues Pete Pakes, CFO of Summerlin Asset Management and Adam Pakes, COO.

Together with them is a team of professionals with extensive experience in Senior Housing, the Desert Land Group. Mychal Gorden, RLA, a licensed Landscape Architect, and Planner. Also, a partner is Luke Still, MAI, who is a general certified appraiser and designed member of the appraisal institute (MAI) and is a licensed sales agent in the State of Arizona. The fifteen years’ experience of both in community planning, project coordination, and mixed-use master planning are ideal for the fulfillment of Summerlin's mission.
