Criminal Defense attorneys Amanda Powers Sellers, and Jenna Finkelstein opened their private law practice in December 2011. The two female attorneys proceeded optimistically with their independent venture during what has been called the worst economic times since the Great Depression. Finkelstein added “We knew it would be rough, but if we could weather the current economic turbulence, then we could thrive in any financial climate.

The firm was founded with the goal of providing aggressive, reliable, and accessible representation to their clients. The trial attorneys, who previously worked for the Pinellas County Public Defender’s Office, had the opportunity to work with individuals from all financial backgrounds and strive to provide experienced legal counsel to all citizens in their private practice.
