? -> Details of, Maximum Elevation, Weather, Difficulty gradient, Technical/equipment gear
? -> A route map of the trek
? -> Details of the team member including their names, age, addressed, occupation, summary of their professional experience as well as trekking experience
? -> A scanned copy of the identity proofs of the team members like lection card, Aadhar card, passport, etc.
? -> A copy of the No Objection Certificate from the concerned departments of the respective governmental admin department for the Government Employees.
? -> Name and all the other details of the support staff that is the name of the guide, the location as well as total count of the supporting staff.
? -> Details of the technical gear as well as equipment of the team like sleeping bags, tents, Matts, medicines, climbing gears, oxygen cylinders, etc.
