The desire for quality leadership training is going to Panama thanks to the relationship between Dr. Sabrina Black, co-founder of the Aspire Higher Leadership Think Tank and Norma Klinger of Alpha & Omega Family Center of Panama. This collaboration is an effort to provide the women of Panama with effective and skill based training that will enrich, empower and improve their plight as women in leadership positions.

The Aspire Higher program was launched in 2009 in Orlando, Florida with great aspiration to offer women The Five IPs of leadership, to help them reflect on their role in ministry, business, community and family. They will acquire much needed insight to their role and how to handle and manage conflict as well how to be a mentor with purpose and passion to lead.
The women of Panama are excited about the help being offered and are waiting in anticipation to acquire information that will help them serve their community more efficiently.
