Taylor recently shared, “When developing training I look at the needs of employees and how they can become a better employee, improving the company. It excites me when a person figures out how something they are learning can be applied and makes their job easier. Watching the light bulb go off when someone gets it is awesome. Being able to apply the training to actual application is rewarding to me.”

Hytrol is well-known for employee retention with many employees celebrating more than a quarter-century with the conveyor firm based in Jonesboro, AR. Taylor added, “When I think of Hytrol, it has been in about half of my life. With my husband being an engineer here to teaching the first class of the Workforce Training Consortium, Hytrol people have been there.
