Lake Havasu City in Arizona is a popular resort destination. It is for this reason that Summerlin Desert in partnership with Summerlin Asset Management headed by Jim Stepanian and Desert Land Group, along with the team of experienced Senior Housing professionals, Civitas Senior Living, constructed the first phase of the Lake Havasu Independent Living last August 2016. The said project is a senior independent living facility which will have 79 rooms in a scenic lake view location of Lake Havasu City. Aside from the beautiful view, the facility's prime location at Main Street will allow seniors to have easy access to shopping malls, hospitals, and other public places.
According to Jimmy Stepanian, Lake Havasu Independent Living is intended for seniors who are 55 years old and above. It will offer an all-inclusive package centered towards providing them active and healthy lifestyles. Seniors will be given an extensive selection of healthy food served in a formal dining by an executive chef. They will also have access to a fitness center, multi-purpose activity rooms, swimming pool, and so much more! All under the supervision of an activities director and a senior living operator.
This is a four-story building in which all units are designed to have a panoramic view of the lake. The units' orientation are meant to offer the privacy of each occupant as they come and go out with its independent entries and fenced courtyard areas. When the demand warrants further development, Summerlin Dessert will increase the number of units for the seniors.
