At RNB the Centre of Leadership and Development was institutionalized as the epicentre of innovation, learning’s, experiences during its inception and has ever since been led by the torch bearers and path makers , who have rendered to shaping the CLD into transforming force of minds , shaping careers and reaching out to the world as a Global Institution , with a focused aim of providing the candidates of RNB a stage to not only exhibit their understanding of theoretical knowledge and practical applicability , but also providing them with opportunities adding to their kitty of learning’s.At the CLD the candidates of MBA with different specializations of Marketing, HR and Finance have been trained, nurtured and bred with the help of various practical and theoretical tools to understand what the world seeks from as the future managers of the Global growth.
Throughout the training period all were eagerly awaiting with pleasant eagerness the time when they will face challenges to get hired as interns with companies as per their specializations. After their training and with all other peripherals ready, the CLD approached companies, and their CV were forwarded. After the acceptance of the CV’s , the next step was screening by way of telephonic interviews.
On the 21st of May 2016 a ceremony “Internship Felicitations “was organised at the RNB, where parents of all the MBA candidates were cordially invited to witness the achievements of their wards. The candidates of MBA 2015 -17, the pioneer batch of RNB, have carved a niche for themselves under the guidance and facilitation of the senior management , by getting place for internship in companies of repute and more importantly in their core areas of specializations. This in itself is a matter of great pride for RNB, because internship in core areas is a difficult achievement, with the completion we are living in. The candidates have been placed in various cities like, Ahmadabad, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune and with companies of International acclaim, across verticals. Radisson BLU Plaza hotels (Hositality), IMS People (Manpower Solutions} Hettich India Ltd (EMPI and Retail) , Zee Siti Cable ( Media), Bank of Baroda (PSU and BFSI), Star Poker.in (IT) PWC (Auditors) are the initial accolades to the first milestone for CLD at the RNB Global University.
The ceremony began with all being welcomed on behalf of the senior management. The Convener – CLD started the proceedings by updating the parents and all present about the activities at CLD in its initial stage for the academic year 2015 -16.
The Hon’ble President then addressed the gathering thanking parents for their faith and support in our endeavours and congratulated the Pioneer batch for their achievement with his motivating, humble yet dynamic oration.
The Hon’ble President then did the honours and presented the internship offer letters to the candidates. Also Mr. Kanak Bhainakiya of B.Com was felicitated for active participation, and for being in the lead in the DFM trading game being regulated by the DFM at Dubai, where our students were invited to participate during their industrial visit to Dubai.
Dr. Kiran Pareek then gave a vote of thanks to all present and the students and the guests were then invited for high tea.
