The operations for the Dodge County Humane Society are sustainable. We are able to make enough money in donations and fund raisers throughout the year to cover the day-to-day expenses of running the shelter. The problem lies with our mortgage. We need help to pay this off.
As you may or may not know, we do not receive any funding from the federal or state level. We rely solely on donations from generous local residents and businesses to fund our operations.
