(September 18, 2023) - A Louisiana judge issued a temporary restraining order demanding Kenyon Glover remain at least 100 yards away from a woman who has levied misconduct claims against him, according to Caddo Parish Democrat - Patch Shreveport.The judge granted a petition for a assault protective order in Caddo Parish against Glover, the outlet noted. The order prohibits Glover from stalking, following, tracking, monitoring, or threatening the woman.
The Louisiana Uniform Abuse Prevention Order is pursuant to L.R.S. 46:2181 et seq., non-intimate assault, stating the protected person is related to the defendant as an acquaintance.
The court ordered Glover be restrained from committing further acts of abuse or threats of abuse, stalking or assault. The judge ordered Glover not to abuse, harass or assault the victim in any manner whatsoever.
The prohibition includes the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force that would reasonably be expected to cause bodily injury.
The full order requires Glover to stay completely away from the woman and her home, job or school.
