Decision-makers in the Republic of Palau, a small nation of islands located in the Pacific Ocean, are investigating the advantages and disadvantages of the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency industry. The government of Palau recons that blockchain technology and fintech can greatly contribute to the economic development of the country. On 30 April Yuliya Chashchina, Director of International Affairs and honored representative of RA Entertainment Inc. had an official meeting with lbuchel Sadang, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Palau and discussed the major opportunities of the blockchain technology as well as the possibilities of its application in the various spheres. The top representatives of Palau expressed the intention to integrate blockchain technology into different areas and stated that they are ready to support the development of fintech in the archipelago.
Elbuchel Sadang stated:
