Ride for Freedom Event July 4th 2012 - Vista Motorcycle - Ride & Party w/ Veterans
Vista Motorcycle and American Legion Post 365 in Vista have joined together to put on another annual Ride for Freedom event this year.

BriefingWire.com, 7/02/2012 - Vista Motorcycle and American Legion Post 365 in Vista have joined together to put on another annual Ride for Freedom event this year. General public is invited to attend the party and participate in the group ride if they want to. Event starts 9am July 4th, 2012. Ends in time for going out to see fireworks somewhere else.

There will be a free continental breakfast in the morning hosted by Vista Motorcycle located at:

After the group ride, around 2pm-ish, American Legion Post 365, across the street from Vista Motorcycle, will be hosting a BBQ at their place located at:

1234 South Santa Fe Ave.

The group ride is a STREET ONLY ride only, not an off-road event. Riders will be meeting/staging at Vista Motorcycle at 9am for some free food. Then leave at 10am for a 2-3 hour ride. Riders be visiting a VA Hospital and other veteran memorials/locations to honor vets and thank them for the freedom they won for us that we all enjoy.

This ride is open to Military and Non-Military people. Kids and non street bike riders are welcome to attend the morning staging and/or the afternoon BBQ party at the Legion HQ.

Ride route TBA at event. Gas up before arriving. This could be a 50-80 mile loop.

Riders can expect to be returning around 1-2pm to the American Legion HQ in Vista, right across the street from where they started at Vista Motorcycle. They will have more free food, drinks and entertainment at their place. Event wraps up around 5pm.

You can do some of it or all of it. Ride only-or-ride and party. Whatever you want.
