The district officers training DOTS 2016 happened in The Hotel Lalit Grand Palace at Kashmir.The sole aim of the training is to improve the human values and to spread the joy all through the society.The District Officers had fruitful training with state of the art technology and procedure to lead the world's largest volunteer's club to serve the society.
