The Recently Unveiled 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid will Soon be Available at Rothrock Nissan
Rothrock Nissan in Allentown, PA will soon offer the recently unveiled, all-new 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid.

BriefingWire.com, 4/24/2013 - ALLENTOWN, Pennsylvania - Nissan unveiled the fourth generation of its popular Pathfinder SUV last year and hopes to build on the successful new styling with announcement of the 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid. The revolutionary hybrid SUV will soon be available at Rothrock Nissan in Allentown, PA, and will add bolstered fuel efficiency to the already versatile and stylish Pathfinder. Rothrock Nissan will soon offer availability information for the 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid online, at http://rothrocknissan.com/NewNissanCars.aspx, for those interested.

"The Pathfinder Hybrid takes all the style, features, utility and amenities of the popular new Pathfinder and adds fuel efficiency and driving range, without losing one bit of its real-world, everyday lifestyle-enhancing fun and flexibility," said Pierre Loing, Nissan North America, Inc. Vice President, Product Planning. "As the most fuel-efficient Pathfinder ever, we believe it's going to be a great addition to the lineup for 2014."

The 2014 Pathfinder Hybrid is equipped with a powertrain that improves fuel economy and reduces CO2 emissions. Powering the Pathfinder Hybrid is a supercharged 2.5-liter traditional gasoline engine paired with a 15-kilowatt electric motor and lithium-ion battery. The innovative powertrain generates 250 horsepower and 243 lb.-ft. of torque while returning a combined fuel economy rating of 26 mpg. The 2014 Pathfinder Hybrid is able to travel up to 526 miles on a single tank of gasoline.

Rothrock Nissan expects the 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid to arrive this summer, and will offer an MSRP that is only slightly higher than the traditionally-powered Pathfinder.

“The Pathfinder Hybrid is highly affordable because it matches motor and battery size well, while minimizing the number of additional parts or modifications needed to the platform and body,” said Loing. “It is designed as a logical bridge between conventional internal combustion engine powertrains and the wider acceptance of hybrid systems by providing enhanced efficiency with no compromises versus the standard vehicle."

Customers interested in learning more about the 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Hybrid can visit Rothrock Nissan in Allentown, PA for more information. The Pennsylvania dealer offers purchasing information on its entire lineup of Nissan vehicles online at http://rothrocknissan.com/.
