The base of the ball mill bearing pedestal consists of two oil chamber and a circulating water chamber. For each oil chamber, the thin oil level height can reach to the inner diameter of the bearing, and the base plane of the oil chamber can reach to the oil chamber baseboard. 1/3 of the rolling bearing is soaked in the thin oil chamber which keeps the fine lubricant of the rolling bearing. There is cooling cycle water cover between the two oil chambers, the cooling water will cool the oil to the temperature suitable to the bearing. The design can meet the bearing lubricant requirements without adopting the complex equipment like outer lubricant station or the temperature control device and the ball mill can operates smoothly and safely.
