Los Angeles based book publisher Mikazuki Publishing House has announced that it will be hosting a book giveaway on August 18th, 2012 in honor of National Bad Poetry Day. Mikazuki Publishing House will be giving 3 free copies of author German R. Sanchez's new book titled "I Dream in Haiku", to contestants that email in their favorite poetical verse. From grade school students to the current Poet Laureate Natasha Trethewey, Americans have been fascinated and entertained by poetry. According to the Poetry Foundation, people that read poetry early in life are also likely to memorize, recite and write poetry."
