The USA Tours Festival are designed by Mr. NOISETTE for his company, that takes top independent artists from all over the world such as Singers, Pop & R & B Artists, Hip-Hop, Bands, Gospel Artists, Dance Groups and Super Models for the world's top fashions shows to be displayed with top designs by Preston Coghill. The talent is composed of award winning talents that have performed and have appeared in front of top labels (i.e., Sony, Warner Brothers, Virgin Records, Atlantic Records, Universal Records, Def Jam, Bad Boy Records and other music industry professionals over the years. USA Tours will be offering their fans a taste of their new exciting albums as well as live performance with new and up and coming artists. Such performances will be in APRIL 2015, in New York, and in May of 2015 in Las Vegas. After these two cities the show goes on Internationally to all countries around the world. USA Tours International Music Festival started its first time in April of 2003 in NYC at Madison Square Garden. It was a major success filled with industry representatives, press and media. Unsigned singers with exceptional talent came from all over the world, Europe, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China and from all parts of the United States.
