What to look for in a Business Phone Cloud Provider.
It's easy to add additional phones to your growing business

BriefingWire.com, 5/11/2016 - What questions you should ask when selecting a Business Phone Solution. This guide will get you started.

Select a company that's different from the pack. There are so many re-sellers of the “Big Box” providers. There are approximately a half of dozen providers that, “White Label” their solution to Re-sellers. The common re-sellers are the old school phone guys and the IT (Computer) guys. Both of which have their negatives. The Phone Guys don't really understand bit and bytes and the IT (Computer) guys talk as if they understand everything. Either way, it's not the best option. The old school phone guys don't uncover your needs very well and the IT guys sell you more than you need.

WHY Executive Telephony-We have our own VoIP PBX Servers and we do NOT resell to the Old Phone guys nor IT guys. Consider us the Tesla of the industry. We provide a better solution with more features at a lower cost with outstanding customer support. We ask questions to uncover your needs.

What Capabilities are Available? Mostly all other providers of VoIP PBX's are limited to just a handful of telephone devices. Common phones are Polycom and Yealink with basic features.

WHY Executive Telephony- We support ALL SIP phones no matter their brand. Users may want a certain model because it just looks cool and offer basic features. It's a statement about them. We are in a society of entrepreneurs that want to be different than the rest of the pack. We offer features such as custom message on hold by USER, Record phone calls, simultaneously ring cellular phones (up to 5)...

How much will it Cost me? With most VoIP PBX providers, the invoice is similar to your cellular and internet bill. In short, there are a bunch of fees, tariffs, taxes and tricks. What's advertised as $9.99 month ends up being close to $49.00 month. Check their rates closely as rates are the number one deciding factor and they are like magicians on their invoices.

What's Executive Telephony Charge-Simple, $30/month plus a local tax and 11% Tariff recovery (We can't avoid tariff folks).

What if I want to add more phones later? The Big Boxes typically have a strategy of offering packages of moving up to a greater number of extensions to lower the cost but when you do the math, you'll notice you're paying for phones not being used. Those Tariffs and taxes are also on the back end so be careful.

Why Executive Telephony- Just add as many as you need. No hassle here folks.

What can I expect in terms of Reliability?- No matter who you decide on (Big Box of Executive Telephony), your internet connection is important. Beyond your internet connection, you want good voice quality. This is where the difference is. The BIG box stuff as many users on the servers as possible. Remember the C level (CEO, COO, CFO) are paid on, “Revenue Performance” with a strategy of selling their business. Look at Time Warner and Charter merge. US Air and American Airlines... The Big Box compresses voice quality to an acceptable level but has side affects such as jitters and latency. Both resulting in poor call quality about 50% of calls.

Why Executive Telephony- We have no intention of selling out. We have built a company to support local families that will provide an income for many years. Our future is based on quality of services, support and features like no other company. We are proving it can be done without difficulty.
