ProLectric was very prompt and got us out of a bad place. We had a tree that fell on the back of one of our church's houses, where there is a family of five. The tree knocked out the electrical stack. We had to get people out to cut the tree down and then called ProLectric, when it was getting to be dark. Before them, we had called 3 or 4 other electricians and they didn't favor coming out right then, But ProLectric came out right away and did whatever was necessary to get the electric back on, called the city inspector who approved it. The electricity was back on that night. I was very pleased with the work they did and how they acted, and I don't feel like we were cheated in any way. I think it was very commendable of them."

"Would recommend and use again
This company was very polite, both over the phone and in person. The technician arrived in a timely manner. They didn't make me feel like it was a waste of their time even though it was a small issue. They explained their charges and did not add in extra fees. The technician answered my questions about other issues that were not part of the original problem as well. I would call them again if I have future problems."

"Exceptional work, trustworthy, fairly priced, super nice to work with.
My home had a significant electrical surge during a storm which blew out my HVAC, garage door opener, cable, TVs, telephones, computer and some outlets. Jesse Burke came to the house right on time, which was so appreciated. He was thorough in his inspection of everything and suggested I have a "full house" surge protector placed in my electrical panel. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was for not only that, but for all services provided. I've also worked with ProLectric at my place of business and I highly recommend them. Very trustworthy!"
