The company are aware that in some cases, the problem with the patient is psychological, as the result of previous experience with another dentist. When this is the case, the company will arrange for the patient to get psychological help and they will work with the patient until all of their fears are reduced.
If this does not work, the patient will then be offered pharmacological help in the form of sedation. They believe that sedation allows for more control of anxiety and stress.
