Billings, Montana 11/16/10--/MNA PRESS/--The Billings Police Department has made an awful mistake in the shooting case on the south side. Either the Detectives are STUPID, or the Police Department Detective division needs retraining. The Montana News, Editor-In-Chief, Donald Cyphers has smelled a rat from the time the Billings Police Department started to investigate this case. So, regardless of the liberal media, spoon fed, Billings Police press release news, the Montana News set out to find the truth and we have succeeded.

Soon you, the viewer, the Billings Police Department, and County Attorneys office will not be able to deny the truth any longer. The Montana News must wipe their face in the facts, so that they stop giving false information in media releases and to reporters, which in turn ends up in the public forum.

The Montana News has knowledge that the new County Attorney Scott Twitto, has refused to talk to any family members, and that the County Attorneys office is confused as to what direction to take the investigation. Apparently, the Billings Police Detectives, keep using the term of “Castle Doctrine”. The Montana News also knows that Twitto, in a cuff remark, sent the family his sympathy, yet he refused to meet with the family even after an attorney called him today requesting that he meet with the family and here from actual witnesses that have never been talk to by the Billings Detectives.

Flat out, the 24-year old woman is a BOLD ASS LIER, she was NOT there nor did she do any shooting.. The Montana News, in an exclusive interview, has talked to family members, about 26 family members in all, and have an exclusive interview with witnesses who were there at the time of the shooting.

A black man's name keeps coming up from all witnesses, Joshua Best. Allegedly, Joshua Best was the shooter, and allegedly, he KILLED/MURDERED, Arthur Banda. A second mans name will also be released as another killer. You, the public, will find that the Billings Police Department is full of crap regarding the Castle Doctrine, when they claim that is was self defense by a woman. Billings Police need to revisit, their investigation facts about a woman shooter. (2) attorneys have been retained to file suit on the City of Billings, Billings Police Department, The 24-year old woman and the killers themselves.

The Montana News will also release an actual recording of 'Boo'. These are his last words on this earth. In this last call that he makes, frantically, he states, ” THEY FUCKEN GOT ME”. He does not say a woman shot me, he says “THEY FUCKEN GOT ME.”.
