In the field of training of teachers and trainers, ATI has an enviable record and the record is further expanded with the introduction of primary teacher training courses since the year 2009. Till date over two thousand teachers have already completed and benefited from the course offered by them. The mission of ATI is simple as they want that the teachers are subjected to consistent reorientation giving them valuable insight into and access to latest teaching techniques as well as regulations relating to teaching process.

Training for teachers is not limited to teacher training for primary schools alone. Instead the ATI is also giving pre-school teacher training with an international flavor. Their views in this regard are clear and conscientious.

“We at ATI understand clearly the necessities of introduction of pre-school teacher training because it is extremely important for the teachers to understand the behavioral habits of kids and the patterns that they follow. Since this is the time when the future careers of students are shaped, teaching at this level without professional training and learning background may not be desirable. PPTTC by ATI covers all those aspects of the teachers training that are required for such teachers with greater emphasis on English language learning and developing communication skills making the training program globally useful” says Director of the course designing of ATI.

In recent years there far greater emphasis has been laid on teachers training in India. Why the demands for trained and skilled teachers is increasing day by day, the introduction of new legislation like the Right to Education Act has also added to the impetus for finding out and engaging trained and accomplished primary and pre-school teachers who would be able to guide the students in the right direction.
