Charges Dismissed Aganist Former School Director
Case Mishandled Against Former School Director

BriefingWire.com, 3/17/2011 - May 6, 2010 CHERRY HILL — Charges against Claudio Cerullo were dismissed. What appeared to be an FBI identification badge as previously thought by a store clerk in sunglass store, was merely a business card. In addition, there was no evidence that Cerullo had taken sunglasses from the sunglass store located in the Cherry Hill Mall. According to Attorney Jeff Zucker, he knew that Cerullo was innocent, and that the incident was mishandled. One of the parents present from the school also stated that she knew Cerullo was innocent. She stated, “He did a great deal of good for my son and our school.” Cerullo did however pay a fine for a local ordinance and the matter was resolved
