“It’s rare to have husband and wife work this long in business together,” says Cliff Smith, ASE Certified Master Technician, “Teri manages the front office and I oversee the service areas and our service team, and our customers seem to like a woman’s touch in the operation.”
Economic Development representative from Precinct 4 R. J. Cagle’s, County Commissioner, Cody Holder presented the dedicated couple with an official proclamation in recognition for their service to the Northwest Houston community.
“When we started, our children had left the home and started their plans and now have families of their own. Similarly, we have seen our clients’ families grow and we are right there with them in their time of need and to catch-up on stories of life’s journey,” says Teri Smith, Operation Manager (mother of one veteran and one who is on active-duty).
“We are so proud to perform an anniversary ribbon cutting for these newest members of the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber,” says Paula Harvey, Vice President of the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce, “We welcome them to our community of business leaders and look forward to their future success and involvement with our network.”
“So much has changed in this industry with vehicles that require advanced computer diagnostics and helping clients not to fix something that isn’t broken,” says Cliff, “We help our clients stay on the road and sometimes there is bad news, but we help them to make the best choice in those instances.”
The cutting was hosted at Cliff’s Car-Tech at their location in Cy-Fair on FM 529 and Hudson Oaks (across from Langham Creek High School). Paula Harvey, Vice President of the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce officiated with her team of ambassadors who are comprised of local business advocates in the area.
