We have two main teams of staff who assist our Directors and Undertakers.

Our undertaking team ensure that our premises are staffed during office hours and they are the primary faces that you will meet other than one of our undertakers. Our team ensure that the arrangements we have agreed with you are implemented and that the extra services that you may require (orders of service, memory books etc) are ordered and delivered correctly.

Our office and chapel of rest based staff provide our out-of-hours telephone cover when we are closed so you can contact us 24/7. This team can be with you if you decide to come to view or sit with your deceased.
