200 professionals come together at St James’s Park in Newcastle for the North East Development Plan Conference to hear how plans are moving forward on a number of key development and regeneration schemes, including Newcastle Helix, Durham’s Milburngate and Gateshead Quays and Baltic Quarter.

There are a number of potential plans for the city including a number of residential developments as well as a hotel at Helix and a new industrial park in Gateshead from the developers, the High Street Group who are responsible for the skyscraper ‘Hadrian’s Tower’ which is set to become the most sought after residential address in the city.
