On Monday, March 12, 2018, Super Woman Productions and Publishing will host the 6th Annual International Women’s Day Tea Detroit. This year's International Women's Day Theme is #PressForProgress. This year's celebration will take place at Club HAUS Detroit in Midtown from 6 pm to 10 pm est. Professional and entrepreneurial women are invited from various industries across the region to enjoy networking, fresh sushi, vendors and a variety of teas. In previous years #iwdtdetroit has had attendees come from Canada, Ohio and Chicago, IL. In addition, this year's event features a fashion show sponsored by TIED by Jaiden and dessert sponsored by Milano Bakery and Cafe located in the Eastern Market area of Detroit.
The event is hosted by Lacretia Rogers, Founder/Editor of Detroit CEO Magazine. During the event, women who have made extensive contributions in business, philanthropy and the community will be honored. These women were nominated by other women in the community. The 2018 #iwdtdetroit honorees are:
