LabEX is a label and sticker printer based in St Peters, serving businesses across Sydney. You don't need to ring or book in. You do everything on the website, get a quote as you go, upload your artwork, approve your artwork online. Most orders are product labels for bottles, jars, tubs, pouches and cartons. After that, it is rolls, usually for packaging seals, promotional stickers or branding. You can choose paper or synthetic stock, with a matt or gloss laminate on top. Anyone ordering sticker printing labels sets their own size, material and quantity, so there is no minimum to worry about, and 250 labels are handled just like five thousand. Personalised labels go out within three to five business days.
"The material choice matters just as much as the artwork, because the label has to cope with whatever the product is put through," a company spokesperson said. "A body oil sitting in a steamy bathroom needs something different to a tin of biscuits. We have put all that guidance on the site, so people can match the stock to the product before they order, rather than guessing. Customers tell us that is the bit they find most useful."
Everything is printed to the customer's own artwork, and nothing sits around as stock. If a brand wants a recyclable option, FSC-certified paper is there. Synthetic stock is the one for anything dealing with moisture or a cold fridge. Templates and material specs are on the site too, so designers can sort out bleed, resolution and colour before they upload a thing. Sydney gin distillers, skincare labels, food producers and healthcare suppliers all order the same way.
