Metro Detroit Women's Conference Returns for Fourth Annual Event
Super Woman Productions and Publishing hosts its fourth annual women's empowerment conference in Detroit this August.

BriefingWire.com, 7/20/2016 - Super Woman Productions and Publishing is hosting the fourth annual I Feel Good! Mind, Body and Soul Women’s Conference on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 8 am to 2:30 pm eastern at Wayne State University in the Manoogian Hall, African Room, 906 W. Warren Avenue, Detroit, MI 48201.

I Feel Good! Mind, Body and Soul Women’s Conference is for the entire family, with a concentration on reaching young women in Metro Detroit between the ages of 11 to 18 years old. The focus of IFGMBS is to educate and motivate women of all ages to live healthier lives; socially, financially and physically, beginning at a younger age. Registration is free for young women 11 to 18 years of age, $25 for an adult, parent or guardian, which includes parking. Each attendee registers for 4 workshops.

The 2016 I Feel Good! Mind, Body and Soul Women’s Conference workshop facilitators are Rasheda Kamaria (Empowered Flower Girl), Cheryl Lacey Donovan (Real Life Real Faith Media), Trisha Jackson (Seek New Heights),

Cassandra Jones-McBryde (The International Fuller Woman Network), Lisa Labella (Lisa Labella Productions), Natasha Lee-Maxwell (Make Your Dreams Come True Corp.), Monique Owens (Naturally Funny Talent Agency), Andrea Rodgers (Glam Project). Author and radio show host, Tracie Christian will present poetry to attendees and Angela T. Jones, CEO of Super Woman Productions and Publishing will provide the Keynote Address.

Workshops will cover topics for attendees that include self esteem, goal setting, entrepreneurship, health and wellness and more. Workshops are to motivate people into action for themselves, their families and the community. Young women ages 11 to 18 will be automatically registered for Chica Chat as one of their four workshops and each adult will select four workshops to attend. Tickets are currently on sale and available online by going to the Super Woman Productions and Publishing website under Events and Info.

Vendor opportunities are available for community resources, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, health, wellness and beauty services. The cost of vendor tables subsidizes the cost for each young woman under the age of 18 to attend. Vendor tables can be reserved online until early August.

Additional sponsors are needed and in kind donations are being accepted for lunches, beverages, printing services, gift bag items and prizes for the winner of the When I Grow Up Writing Contest.
