Scott Sports, Syncros, SP Connect and Dolomite gear reach Canadian shoppers through Mica Sport Canada, an online sports retailer. The store is sorted by scope of activity, with separate sections for cycling, winter sport, running, motor sport and watersports. The company also sells its own Mica label of wetsuits, vests, ropes and tubes.Cyclists shopping for bike helmets in Canada will find the Scott Sports helmet line under the bike equipment section of the site. Current models sit on one page, and a separate page lists helmet parts for riders who need to replace a worn piece rather than the whole helmet. Helmets from past seasons appear in the bike sale section. The same part of the store carries body protection gear, cycling shoes, gloves and sunglasses, so a rider can match a helmet with the rest of the kit in one order.
A spokesperson for Mica Sport Canada described the helmet section this way: "Most of our bike customers already know how they ride, and they want a helmet that suits it. We keep Scott helmets and their replacement parts on the same site for that reason. When one part wears out, a rider can order that piece and keep a helmet that already fits well. We enjoy helping cyclists get set up for the season ahead."
Outside cycling, the catalogue lists skis, poles, boots and goggles for winter sport. Motocross and snowmobile riders have their own sections, and Dolomite footwear sits under a separate tab. Order terms, shipping details, return rules and warranty information each have their own page, and Scott bike owners can reach the brand's registration page from the site footer.
Riders who work on their own bikes can order parts through the site. The Syncros section covers bars, stems, saddles and wheels. Scott parts pages include drivetrain, suspension, axle and e-bike components, and Bold Cycles complete bikes and framesets are listed beside them.
