Music Bugs®, who provide sensory music and movement classes for babies, toddlers and preschoolers have won the ‘5 Star Franchise Satisfaction Award’ at the recent Best Franchise Awards. Organised by Smith and Henderson, the award is given to franchisors who receive above average feedback following a confidential survey of franchisees. Claire Bennett, founder of Music Bugs said, ‘We are very honoured to receive this award. Awarded to franchisors who receive an above average rating following a confidential benchmark survey, 5 key areas are measured; training and support, business system, culture & relationships, leadership and stewardship and general satisfaction. Less than one in five franchisors that participated in the programme received recognition.
